In the food service industry , it is easy to enter upon food service business but difficult to succeed.
While I tried out various restaurant , there are the restaurant which wants to go once again. Or do not want to go anymore.And also, I met with a manager of various restaurants, I repeated success and failure in my life and found out keyword of "human power".

" "Do not end a dream in a dream , and wrestle for realization of a dream" Our mission is to make the food service industry that is the place of touch with a lot of end users more energetic. with an original method of improving stores and restaurant styles that is food based on knowhow of promoting human talent.
And also , education of worker in the food service industry is not [to be patient].
But it is to develop their possibility and to bring@and [to bring out the hidden talent].

Through my experience 12 years in the food service industry, I had experience of improvement of more than 20 brand shops and many stores. And improvement of business style by the way of IE (Industirial Enginieering) and support FC (Franchise system restaurant chain), above 900shops supervising and consulting about 900 stores and their owners.
When I belonged to a major hamburger chain of U.S.A, I learned a way of management of the franchise headquarters in State of Michigan , With a member of a Singaporean branch and a Malaysian branch,In Japanese soil, I perform a setup of a master franchise.
The field that I am good at , achievements improvement of food service industry and of a retail store,business condition development of food service, Business condition improvement of a brand of restaurants, Management of the franchise headquarters, And education for producting human talent in relation to food business.
